Meet the teacher

Mrs. Cole is a graduate of Slippery Rock University with certifications in English and French education.  She spent time abroad during her undergraduate studies at the College International de Cannes in the south of France.  After graduation, Mrs. Cole taught English and French at Frazier High School before accepting a position at Greensburg Salem Middle School.  After deciding to spend time at home with her young children, Mrs. Cole earned her certificate in English as a Second Language and also completed the Master's of Education program at Edinboro University as a reading specialist.  Mrs. Cole returned to public education at Norwin Middle School in 2007 as a long term substitute teacher, and began teaching at Norwin full time in 2009.
