The National Art Honor Society provides students with the opportunity to gain national recognition for students who exhibit outstanding scholarship in the visual arts.  Participating in NAHS gives its members leadership opportunities, college and career preparation, artistic recognition and more. 

 

Membership is based on scholarship, service, and character.  All candidates shall have completed a period equilivant to two semesters in an art course and earned a minimum of an 85% in those courses.  Candidates must also maintain an 80% average in all other courses. 

 

Members are expected to participate in a minimum of 10 service hours each year, participate in a minimum of four activities/projects, and participate in our chapters fundraisers in order to maintain an active status.
