Meet the Teacher

I began my career in Tarboro, North Carolina. After working in the South Allegheny School District for several years, I became a seventh grade Language Arts teacher at Norwin Middle School. Since 2010, I have taught many courses within the high school English department, including English 9, Honors English 9, Communications 2, Honors Communications 2, College Writing, Introduction to Journalism, and Yearbook Production.

 

For Norwin, I am the proud sponsor of Pennon Yearbook and Student Council. I am an enthusiastic sports fan, but hockey is my favorite sport. I attend Pittsburgh Penguins games often I also enjoy music, travel, and reading.
