About Me

Welcome!

My name is Mrs. Cheplick and I have many roles here at Norwin.

I am a Special Education Teacher for students in 9th grade through age 21, and I am the Transition Coordinator for the district. I supervise Norwin Works!, which is a work based learning program that teaches students vocational skills.

My main focus is on Transition, which is helping students figure out which life path they want to take once they graduate high school. I also help connect students and their families to outside support agencies. I provide resources to parents by hosting parent training throughout the year.

The courses I teach are Norwin Works!, Work Study, and Real World Life Skills through NOA.

On a personal note, I am married with 7 wonderful children.  We have a black lab named Willis and 20 backyard chickens.  I enjoy gardening, picking blueberries, and baking when I have time.
